We delivered an ILM Coaching and Mentoring level 3 programme for managers. Juliet’s down to earth approach has been to help develop their ‘on the job’ coaching capability – making sure they transfer their learning from the Programme to the workplace. The programme has been very successful.

All attendees have seen the benefits to them as individuals and to the organisation.  We are now looking at developing a Coaching for Performance Programme for those managers who do not want to complete the ILM qualification but do want to develop their coaching capability”.
