I co-founded StraightForward in 2006 following a career as a senior manager with PwC and in a niche consultancy.

I have considerable experience in the management and direction of organisational development projects across the private, public, third sector and housing sectors. I have developed a reputation as an excellent facilitator and executive coach, working with leadership and management teams to get people aligned behind organisational purpose to then shape and drive forward, culture, performance and impact.
My passion is for helping individuals and teams – in a direct, de-mystifying, no-nonsense and straightforward way – to value and enjoy their work and to have the confidence to bring the best of themselves in support of their organisation’s aims.

With over two decades of experience in career development and coaching, I have partnered with Straight Forward to deliver impactful learning and development projects. As the author of “Taking Charge of Your Career” (Bloomsbury, 2017), my mission is to empower employees at all levels in both the private and public sectors to identify their strengths, advance their careers, and contribute to organizational success.

My work extends to coaching and facilitating Executive MBAs at renowned business schools, including Bayes, IESE (Spain), Bath, Leeds, WHU (Germany), and Imperial College. These programs attract executives from various industries, functions, and nationalities, all committed to enhancing their leadership capabilities.

I am dedicated to collaborating with purpose-driven organizations to design and implement bespoke learning and development solutions. By curating the right team of expert coaches, I ensure that our clients’ leaders and employees receive the training and support they need to thrive in their roles.

I am a highly experienced and qualified HR & Organisational Development professional with a career spanning over 25 years working within a large multinational company and consultancy environments. For many of these years, I worked with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, supporting its business transformations from ICI to Zeneca and then to AstraZeneca.

I joined the StraightForward team in 2013 and have supported many of our customers during that time, particularly in the housing and private sectors. I have worked with a range of teams within these organisations, including at board level and with teams sitting deeper within organisations.

I thrive in supporting teams to develop greater personal and collective awareness and understanding; clarifying roles and priorities, and driving a high-performance culture. I have gained a reputation for having an infectious enthusiasm for my belief in helping teams see what could be possible!
