Leadership Development Programme

We initially engaged with CHCP to look at supporting the Executive Directors and General Managers to develop leadership capability. We worked with them to develop a set of questions for 360 feedback aimed at assessing the gap between expectations and current capability. We have then provided 1:1 coaching support to each member of the team. We have also used SDI and Lencioni to frame team development sessions.

We are currently working with the senior team to develop the approach for the next tier of Leaders. This will initially be a development centre followed by individual follow up coaching sessions. This will be supported by a range of workshops to address key leadership themes as they emerge.
